It is a kind of wet vacuum cleaner, sucking in liquid industrial waste (non powdered material). It shall be installed directly on the standard oil barrels (cold rolled or stainless barrels, 55 gallons, 30 gallons or 16 gallons, better not use plastic barrels). It is very important to have barrels with good quality and condition. To reduce the risk of being deflated in vacuum, the barrels must be intact.
Steps for Installation:
1.Before installation, open the 3/4"and 2"holes of the barrel
2.Mount the pump on the 3/4"hole (the tetrachlorethylene Teflon tape is not needed)
3.Mount the 90° connection elbow on the 2"hole (the tetrachlorethylene Teflon tape is not needed)
4.Connect the 90° connection elbow and rubber hose
5.Connect the rubber hose and chromed metal pipe
6.Connect 2 chromed metal pipes
7.Connect the land brush and metal pipe
8.Connect the compressed air hose and the two way valve of pump
8.1 If the compressed air hose is shorter than 13 feet (3.9 meter), use the hose with 1/2"inside diameter;
otherwise, use the hose with 3/4"inside diameter. The compressed air hose should not be longer than 33 feet (10 meter).
8.2 Attention: The compressed air hose must be connected to the filter.
8.3 Attention: Make sure to use compressed air which is filtered and without oil!
8.4 Requirements for compressed air
9. Open the two way valve of it, and this set of equipment starts to work.
