The Tianjin Maritime Safety Administration cooperated with the Tianjin Municipal Agriculture 

and Rural Committee and other departments to carry out special exercises to simulate the 

collision of merchant ship and fishing boat, it was simulated underwater exploration, 

wounded rescue, fishing boat mutual rescue, accident boat handling, oil spill prevention

(by using oil booms and oil absorbent pads and other links, it was effectively improved 

emergency response capabilities.
