This year, the city plans to invest 356 million yuan to dredge and renovate 3,426 rural rivers 

and build 137 rural ecological rivers. Through the systematic management of various aspects 

such as river clearing(by using dredgers and silt curtains), water system connection, bank 

slope improvement, ecological restoration, etc., the water ecological environment is 

comprehensively improved, and the waterfront space is "suitable for business, livability, 

pleasure, and travel". At present, the construction of rural ecological rivers in the city 

has completed 70% of the annual planned tasks, and the amount of earthwork 

dredging has completed 103% of the annual planned tasks.
