The Chuanshan District People's Government organized Chuanshan District Transportation Bureau, 

Chuanshan District Federation of Trade Unions and other departments to hold a water traffic 

safety and environmental protection comprehensive emergency drill during the flood season 

in 2021 in the water area of Fujiang Laochi in Chuanshan District. On the day of the drill, in 

addition to "ship collision, personnel overboarding and distress rescue", 9 boats, 2 drones 

and more than 60 participants including marine cruisers, rescue ships, and cargo ships also 

carried out ship fire and rescue,ship oil spill prevention and pollution treatmentby using 

oil booms and oil absorbent pads and the rescue of large non-self-propelled ship out of 

control”. The entire drill was lasted 60 minutes.
