According to Qingdao Maritime Safety Administration, the Yellow Sea "Symphony" tanker (call sign A8HH8) 

had an oil spill accident at azimuth 35-44.0N/120-58.4E. Vessels are prohibited from entering within 10 nautical 

miles of waters and with a radius of 10 nautical miles from the center. Please passing ships drive cautiously 

and pay attention to avoidance. It is reported that the "Symphony" tanker is a Liberian crude oil tanker, it 

is currently docked in the Yellow Sea east of Qingdao. At about 9 am on April 27, the oil tanker was hit by 

an incoming cargo ship. A small amount of oil spill was found on the sea. The two ships are in stable 

condition with no casualties.It will need some oil cleaning materials for disposing it,such as oil absorbent pads, 

oil booms,oil absorbent booms,etc.
