I am the person in charge of the Teyong Oil Depot. The fire in the tank farm of our company caused a flow of 

fire, which may spread to the wharf, it may cause fire on the river. We requested to send additional law 

enforcement boats immediately to the wharf of our company and assist the tanker to evacuate the wharf."

Search and rescue center: "Received, please organize self-rescue first. Our center will quickly send law 

enforcement boats to your company's wharf to assist in rescue."

After receiving the police situation, the City Inland River Search and Rescue Center immediately activated 

the emergency rescue plan and assigned three law enforcement boats that were cruising to the scene as 

soon as possible for rescue. According to the situation on the scene, the command center decided to 

arrange two law enforcement boats at the terminal of Teyong Oil Depot. The waters of 1000 meters 

upstream and downstream were temporarily interrupted, and a gear boat assisted the docking tanker 

to sail away from the dangerous waters.

At the same time, early warning information is issued through information systems such as VITS and AIS, 

instructing ships at the terminal to leave as soon as possible and choosing a safe place to dock; instructing 

ships to detour through the waters or choosing safe waters to berth, and waiting for navigation notice.

They used on-site fire-fighting water guns equipped with law enforcement boats to cool down the oil 

tankers berthed at the wharf, and at the same time,they assisted the evacuation of the oil tankers at

 the wharf, moved them to safe waters for docking, traffic law enforcement officers prevented oil 

tankers from leaking, and installed oil booms in the waters where the tankers are anchored,it is 

aimed to prevent ships from polluting the waters.

The law enforcement boats participating in the drill are Suhaixun 0998 boat, Suhaixun 0991 boat and 

Suhaixun 0908 boat. The three law enforcement boats are equipped with fire-fighting water guns, 

oil booms and oil absorbent booms, life jackets and other emergency rescue equipment, it is 

ready to respond to water emergency recuse.
