In recent years, Jiubao Town has been affected by heavy rainfall, frequent floods, serious siltation 

of the river channel, and the problem of plants was encroaching on the river channel, it was affected 

normal flow. In order to solve the hidden safety hazards caused by the elevation of the river bed 

and ensure safety during the flood season, Jiubao Town planned and deployed early, insisted on 

scientific demonstration and planning first, and actively strived for superiors. The dredging project 

of Jiubao River has been fully launched by using silt curtains and excavators.
