In order to effectively respond to sudden oil spill accidents in the jurisdiction and ensure that the 

oil spill emergency equipment is in good condition at all times, the Maritime Safety Administration 

of Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province has taken various measures to continuously strengthen the 

management of the oil spill emergency equipment library to ensure that all tasks are detailed 

and implement.

Performing a comprehensive inspection of the equipment library. They organize law enforcement 

personnel in accordance with the "Liaoning Maritime Safety Administration Regulations on the 

Management of Oil Spill Emergency Equipment and Materials" to conduct a comprehensive and 

detailed inspection of the storage status of the equipment and materials in the warehouse, and

the doors and windows of the equipment warehouse, and repair the corroded and damaged parts 

to ensure that the warehouse has a good sealing effect.

Strengthening the emergency duty of the equipment warehouse. They arrange special personnel 

to be on duty 24 hours a day, regularly patrol and inspect equipment and materials and warehouses, 

report relevant information in a timely manner, and add fire-fighting supplies such as fire extinguishers

during the Spring Festival holiday, strictly implement fire prevention and anti-theft measures to ensure 

the safety of equipment and materials.

Keeping the equipment and materials properly and prepare for acceptance. Up to now, all the equipment 

and materials(including oil absorbent pads, oil absorbent booms, oil booms,etc.) of the Jinzhou Ship Oil 

Spill Emergency Equipment Warehouse of Liaoning Maritime Safety Administration have arrived. The 

bureau, in accordance with the "Work Procedures for Receiving Oil Spill Emergency Equipment and 

Materials of Jinzhou  Maritime Safety Administration," has sealed up large equipment and materials 

on site, and put small electronic equipment in place. They also keep in the warehouse and make 

corresponding records. After all the equipment has been checked and accepted, it will be included 

in the daily management and maintenance system.

Administration will continue to strengthen the daily management and maintenance of the oil spill 

emergency equipment warehouse, and continuously improve the pollution emergency response
