Recently, the annual maintenance of the Haicang Channel of Xiamen Port and the one-time 

maintenance of the main channel, Dongdu Channel and Zhaoyin Channel have successfully 

passed the quality inspection, marking the successful completion of the maintenance project 

of the Xiamen Port Channel in 2020.

It was completed the maintenance and dredging works of 2.96 million cubic meters 

throughout the year, it was used silt curtains and drddgers, it can create a safe and 

unobstructed "golden waterway" for all types of ships entering and leaving Xiamen 

Port, and also completed the first maintenance and dredging of Xiamen Port 4# 

and 7# anchorages since the establishment. It was made large ships anchored 

in Xiamen Port have a "safe harbor".
