The Xingang Maritime Safety Administration have a exercise which was simulated a large area of 

unidentified oil pollution in the front waters of the dock. Relevant enterprises and competent 

authorities promptly activated emergency plans, deployed pollution cleaning equipment and 

personnel, and carried out cleanup in accordance with the emergency response procedures 

for the prevention and control of marine environment pollution by ships and related operations 

at the dock.Dock workers used materials such as oil absorbent pads and sawdust to remove 

oil from the front of the dock and nearby water surfaces, and the cleaning ships arranged 

oil booms to carry out oil spill recovery. Through exercises, they can effectively improve 

the emergency preparedness and disposal capabilities of the docks in their jurisdictions. 

The Xingang Maritime Safety Administration promptly summarized the hidden dangers 

exposed in the investigation and emergency drills, established the "Pollution Prevention 

and Control Special Action Problem Hidden Danger List", and put forward rectification 

suggestions for relevant enterprises in the jurisdiction, and supervised the implementation

in the form of a "rectification measure list",strengthened the construction of pollution 

prevention and control capacity in the jurisdiction.
