Aiming at the environmental risk characteristics of petroleum and chemical enterprises 

in Qinzhou Port, the drill was simulated when a chemical ship was loading at the East 

Asphalt Terminal of Qinzhou Port,it was collided with another ship,then it caused the

loading arm to break, resulted in the leakage of 10 tons of xylene. , caused environmental 

pollution to the nearby seas, and at the same time, the deck and living area of the ship 

caught fire, people were burned, the crew jumped into the sea to rescue themselves, 

and the ship was at risk of sinking. The joint exercise was included environmental 

emergency monitoring, maritime search and rescue, fire rescue and oil spill disposal 

by using oil booms and oil absorbent pads. There are about 200 people participated 

in this drill from 16 units It is the first professional joint drill of the Guangxi ecological 

environment monitoring department and the maritime department.
