The drill was simulated when “Zhe Lin’an Tour 031” ship carrying 12 tourists was driving in the waters 

of the Sacred Crane Wharf of Qingshan Lake, it was collided with the high-speed “Zhe Lin’an 082”boat.

Two crew members on the "Zhelinan 082"boat fell into the water. The collision caused the fuel pipe 

of the "Zhelinan Tour 031" ship to rupture. The fuel sprayed onto the exhaust pipe and caused a fire

in the engine room. In a critical moment, the captains of the two "accident boats" immediately reported 

the accident to the person in charge of the company and immediately began self-help. The tour guide and 

crew immediately used the fire extinguisher and yellow sand equipped on the ship to put out the fire, 

and instructed the passengers to wear life jackets to calm the emotions of the passengers.

The person in charge of the company immediately activated the emergency rescue plan, requiring the 

company's emergency rescue team to immediately launch rescue evacuation and fire fighting, and to 

report to the Hangzhou Transportation Port and Shipping Lin'an Law Enforcement Brigade for assistance. 

After receiving the police, the Lin'an Law Enforcement Brigade immediately activated the emergency

response plan for water traffic accidents. While requesting the Lin'an Port Airlines emergency team to 

immediately rush to the on-site waters to carry out traffic control, it also requested the Lin'an Water 

Search and Rescue Center to dispatch rescue boats for life rescue. Lin'an District Aquatic Search and 

Rescue Center immediately dispatched rescue forces to the scene of the incident after receiving the 

request for help, rescued all overboard crew members ashore and performed cardiopulmonary 

resuscitation, and then rushed to the hospital for rescue.

After the "overboard crew" was rescued, all the "passengers in distress" were evacuated, and the 

"fire" was extinguished, the port and shipping Airlines Lin'an Law Enforcement Brigade requested 

the emergency team and the company emergency team to continue to inspect the crashed waters 

and investigate the cause of the accident While investigating, the pollution disposal ship was 

dispatched to immediately carry oil booms and oil absorbent pads to deal with water surface 

pollutants. A tight-tempo and orderly rescue drill was ended smoothly.
