The Nanhe Maritime Department of Jieyang organized the dangerous goods wharf, dangerous 

goods ships and water cleaning companies in the Rongjiang Nanhe area to carry out ship fire 

fighting and oil spill emergency drills. The fire fighting and oil spill emergency drill was

simulated during the transfer operations of the oil tanker, the oil supply pipeline burst 

suddenly, the oil leaked into the water, and a small-scale fire was occurred. After the 

"accident" was occurred, the ship and the wharf immediately carried out a ship-shore 

collaborative emergency response, coordinated with the wharf operators to carry out 

fire fighting operations, extinguished the simulated fire, and performed emergency 

unberthing operations.

The maritime department took full advantage of the maritime barge's close proximity 

to the site, immediately started emergency response procedures, established a 

temporary emergency command center, and dispatched marine cruise ships to 

quickly intervene in on-site disposal. Maritime law enforcement personnel rushed 

to the site to guide emergency treatment on site, and coordinated the entry 

of cleanup companies in the jurisdiction to deploy oil booms and implement on-site oil collection operations to carry out cleanup operations.
