a fire due to static electricity generated by the cleaning operations, and the CNPC

immediately launched the "Fire Site Disposal Plan" to assist in the evacuation 

of the relevant ship personnel, and at the same time, they reported the request 

of the maritime affairs, port bureau, port survey, shipping department and other 

units Fire forces assist. Subsequently, the ship "Yonggang Xiaotuo No. 7" ship
