Haixin company. Haixin company immediately initiated an emergency response procedures and 

established an emergency response team. The emergency team conducted command operations 

through remote video connections,they used the ship's video system and individual equipment to 

understand the scene and port hydrology, weather, and current conditions, thenthey organized 

and guided the crew to carry out the recovery procedures by using oil booms,oil absorbent pads 

and oil skimmers.
