On the morning of October 10th, the emergency office of Huanghe Road Street cooperated with 

the emergency rescue center Xicheng Oil and Gas Gathering and Transportation Rescue Station 

to carry out a surface oil spill emergency drill in Guangpugou near Nanyi Road in Dongying District.

It is understood that this drill is simulated a crude oil spill in a certain area of the Guangli River, 

and a large area of oil spill is found in the water body. The purpose is to make all employees 

proficient in surface oil spill handling measures(using oil booms and oil skimmers), clarify the 

division of labor of emergency rescuers, and ensure reasonable handling procedures and 

minimize accident hazards of equipment using norms.
