in the upwind direction of the accident site. Each team member rushed to the scene wearing 

protective equipment, used oil absorbent booms and fire sandbags to intercept the spilled oil, and 

used fire extinguishers to fight the initial fire. After confirming safety, the on-site personnel

and collect leaked pollutants in hazardous waste storage containers. Fire trucks effluent to flush
