Hulun Lake conducts 2020 water search and rescue emergency drill. At 9:30 in the morning, the
2020 Hulun Lake water search and rescue emergency drill was kicked off. It is understood that
there were 11 ships, 3 drones and 50 participants in the exercise. It was carried out five
subjects including rescue of overboard personnel, rescue of ships in distress, firefighting,
oil spill handling by using oil booms and oil absorbent pads, and accident investigation
these five subjects.After the simulated accident, Hulun Lake Ecotourism Company
immediately organized and carried out self-rescue, and promptly reported to the Manzhouli
Maritime Department of Hulun Buir Maritime Safety Administration; the on-site supervision
system of the Manzhouli Maritime Department of Hulun Buir Maritime Safety Administration
found out in time, and received an alarm, and immediately reported to Hulun Buir Maritime
Safety Administration. Search and rescue command center: After receiving the alarm, the
water search and rescue command center of Hulun Buir Maritime Safety Administration
immediately activated the water search and rescue emergency plan, and coordinated the
Hulun Lake Water Public Security Bureau, the Hulun Lake Nature Reserve Administration,
and Inner Mongolia General Aviation Co., Ltd. to rush to the scene for rescue. In
accordance with the principles of unified command, resource sharing, and unity and
cooperation, all units quickly and efficiently carried out water search and rescue, and
made every effort to eliminate and reduce accidental losses.
