The comprehensive search and rescue drill was kicked off in the waters of the Jingbo Lake 

Resort. At 9 o'clock in the morning of the same day,The drill was started. The exercise 

vessels on the lake was including one maritime law enforcement ship, one channel official 

ship, three passenger ships  and three speedboats, they are already in place and ready 

to go. The reporter learned from the Mudanjiang Maritime Bureau that this exercise 

was based on the background of high water levels and strong wind and waves during 

the flood season. The entire drill will last about 50 minutes. The exercise included 

multiple subjects such as passenger transfer, firefighting, search and rescue of 

overboard personnel, and oil spill removal by using oil booms and oil absorbent pads.
