In response to the adverse effects of heavy rains during the flood season on 

enterprise safety production Dongying City Guangrao County carried out 

environment emergency rescue drill during the flood season in 2020,it aims 

to implement environmental safety responsibilities and requirements to 

ensure environmental safety during the flood season.

It was simulated with continuous heavy rain, a chemical enterprise had 

a lot of standing water, and the rainwater level continued to rise. During 

the flood control inspection, the inspectors found that the oil outlet of 

the unloading platform was spilling oil. Relevant functional departments 

immediately initiated emergency response, organized rescue forces to 

do a good job of early disposal and material guarantee, and controlled 

the further spread of pollutants by using oil absorbent pads and 

oil absorbent socks. After intense rescue efforts by all parties, the 

spilled oil port was successfully blocked, all the dirty oil was absorbed, 

and the drill achieved the expected results.
