The 2020 ship oil spill prevention and control comprehensive emergency drill was 

successfully held in Jianbi Port Area, Zhenjiang City.The drill focused on simulated 

accident scenarios and performed ship oil spill containment control operations, 

oil product transfer operations, and oil product recovery operations and residual 

oil adsorption operations these four subjects. Through this exercise, the 

maritime and water public security, port units and professional rescue units 

of hazardous chemicals terminal units and professional rescue units have fully 

tested the support and coordination capabilities of ship oil spill emergency 

joint prevention and control, the capacity of ship emergency equipment out 

of the Zhenjiang equipment warehouse, and the emergency deployment of 

oil booms and the use of submersible unloading pumps for oil transfer and 

unloading capacity, oil transfer, oil spill and solid waste recovery capacity and

cleanup capacity, the Zhenjiang equipment warehouse operated by the 

Green Shipping Company, and cooperation with eight other units 

Participated in the work of the four subjects throughout the whole process.
