The Zhapo Modern Fishing Port project has been fully resumed. On the morning of the 19th, the 

reporter learned that the dredging project for the harbor and waterway in the fourth tender 

section of the project is currently entering the tailing stage of the project, and the fourth tender 

section is expected to be completed in two months.

According to the person in charge of this Project said, the total investment in the dredging 

project of the fourth bid section of the Zhapo Fishing Port is over 23 million yuan, with a total 

dredging area of 1.621 million square meters. After the project is completed, the water depth 

of the entire port area can reach five to six meters. The new high-piled wharf section has large 

stones underwater in the open channel, and the volume is large, which poses a great safety 

hazard to passing ships. If the stones are not removed in time, it will affect the docking of the 

fishing boats at the new high-piled wharf. After research and judgment by experts, relevant 

departments of the Hailing Test Area adjusted the construction plan to eliminate hidden safety 

hazards.It will use silt curtains and excavators.

Huang Quanbei, the person in charge of the project said  the project has been completed more 

than 90% now, mainly for dredging the harbor basin. Now there are more than 10,000 cubic 

stones in the outer channel. , it can be completed in two months if everything goes well.
