A few days ago, with the order of the on-site commanders, a row of dredging and dredging 

engineering boats and engineering vehicles gathered in Shuikou Village, Xinshao Town, 

Zhenjiang District, they started and carried out the dredging operations, which lasted for 

5 months.

About 10 dredging engineering ships on the river cooperated with the operations. The 

excavating ship wielded a strong iron arm to excavate silt and clear weeds in the river 

and the river bank. They also use silt curtains for fencing up the silt and weeds, and 

then the carrier continuously transported the silt and weeds to the river,finally the 

engineering truck cleared to the storage point for centralized storage.
