This drill was simulated that the yacht accidentally collided with the dock during the 

berthing process of the dock, resulting in a dent in the port side of the yacht,then 

the diesel was leaked, and a threat to the life of the personnel of the Qingshui Bay 

Yacht Terminal. The situation was critical. Immediately after the danger, emergency 

procedures were initiated, the relevant situation was reported to the Lingshui Maritime 

Department, and emergency rescue forces such as Sanya Huali Decontamination Co., Ltd. 

and other parties rushed to the Qingshuiwan Yacht Terminal to carry out rescue and 

rescue work. The sewage oil recovery ship of the cleanup company confined and cleared 

the remaining oil slick in the port pool and nearby sea areas. The oil pollution was controlled 

and effectively cleared by oil booms and oil absorbent pads.
