At 15:00 on December 23, 2019 Suining waterway traffic pollution and safety emergency response Drill 

was held at the Wulangdu Wharf, Lanjiang Town, Anju District. The emergency drill was mainly simulated 

the entire process of rescue of falling personnel, rescue of ship fire, ship out of control, ship oil spill 

disposal by using oil booms and oil absorbent pads, and surface garbage salvage. This is to test the 

emergency capabilities of rescue, firefighting, and water environmental pollution disposal in Suining City, 

to strengthen the supervision of waterway traffic safety, and to improve the water emergency 

response abilities of water-related departments , and to minimize the casualties and economic losses

 caused by water traffic safety accidents and ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
