enforcement officers of the Port and Shipping Law Enforcement Brigade observed 

Sinopec anti-pollution emergency treatment drill in the No. 1 oil depot. At 9:30 in 

the morning, a tanker leaked oil during the berthing of the oil tank terminal. After 

the on-site operator discovered the oil leaked, he quickly reported to the head of 

the class to start the emergency plan and quickly reported it to the relevant 

departments such as maritime affairs, port and shipping. The process group, the 

oil spill cleanup group, the equipment support group, the alert group, and the 

logistics support group immediately carried out self-help. Under the coordination 

of many parties, after 45 minutes of emergency rescue, the oil leakage was controlled, 

and the oil spill on the river surface was fully recovered and removed by deploying 

oil booms and oil absorbent pads. Finally, the general conductor of the 

drill commented on the entire exercise.
