On the same day, the Bingzhou Water Transportation Affairs Center carried out 

an oil spill protection emergency drill in the Changyingtou waters of Dongjiang 

Lake in Zixing City to enhance emergency response and rescue capabilities. 

Rescuers set up the oil booms in the oil spill area of the cargo ship to control 

the oil spill and use the oil absorbent pads to remove the oil.
