“Everything is ready, start to deploy the Oil Containment Boom.” 3rd March, the Sea with a film of mist, at the Caofeidian

liquid chemical wharf area,CNPC marine emergency rescue center members were carefully carrying out the guard task of

oil tank handling. The marine emergency rescue center according to the actual conditions, made the disposal methods for

the unexpected oil spill accident.

This center made a set vessel management information system,implement the standardization of the management of the

ship,stimulate the unexpected accidents, to  strengthen the emergency drill, to improve the emergency respond speed.

Until 4th march of this year, this center totally carry out the oil handling and guard vessels 13times, organized 2 anchoring

training, completed 26 drill items.
