In order to examine the Beihai Rescue Bureau’s emergency equipments status and the emergency ability of salvage power,

further to improve the professional salvage power to meet the marine oil spill response accident. Beihai Rescue Bureau do

the arrangement and held the major oil spill response exercise.

In the morning of 16th. The exercise was held in the port of Yantai Beihai Rescue Bureau, the monitor team, organization

team and emergency team and so on all attend the exercise. The major contents of the exercise includes: Vessels use

and coordinate with Oil Spill Containment Boom for the marine oil contain, and how to use the Oil storage tank.

From this exercise can effectively examine the status and features of Oil Skimmer, Oil Spill Containment Boom, Oil Storage

Tank etc, increase the coordinate ability among departments, it was a foundation for our bureau to dispose the marine

oil spill accidents.
