On February 14, Ghana Tema LNG terminal project port and waterway
dredging construction started smoothly.
The total amount of dredging works for the Ghana Tema LNG Terminal
project is 560,000 square meters. Under the careful organization of the
project department, the dredging vessel “Hangyu 4102” was dispatched
on schedule, and the construction permit and other materials were
completed before it entered the site. At the same time, the project
department communicated with the Ghana Port Authority in advance
of the ship construction liaison mechanism, and boarded the ship with
the owner and the staff on the day of the ship's arrival to check and
accepted the ship to ensure the smooth start of the dredging after
the ship entered the site. It will also used silt curtains for controlling
silt and garbage.
At present, the mileage of the slopes of the LNG terminal project
has reached 264 meters, and 610 blocks of prefabricated blocks
have been prefabricated. The caisson is prefabricated to complete
the pouring of three bases, and other sub-processes are being
carried out in an orderly manner.
