Recently, the river dredging and beach landfill projects of the Zhanghe City

Heihecheng section ecological management project have been completed，

which was undertaken by the China Railway 20th Municipal Bureau. As one 

of the key provincial projects, the project is of great significance for improving 

the local climate, strengthening ecological environment protection, improving

water conservation capacity, and preventing soil erosion. It was used 

silt curtains and excavator for river dredging.
