After more than one year of renovation and construction, the Lanzhou Waterway main project
has been basically completed, which had 21.3 kilometers long. The navigation capacity of the
Lanjiang Waterway has been fully upgraded from 300 tons to 500 tons, which has created
favorable conditions for the revitalization of Lanxi Waterway.
It is understood that the Lanjiang waterway reconstruction project started from the Lanjiang
Bridge and ended to the Jiangjunyan. The construction content was included constructing
29,800 cubic meters earthworks, the Nubu service area, management station and wiring road,
building 14 bridge anti-collision piers, building auxiliary navigation safety facilities, information technology
and other supporting projects, with a total investment of 163.6 million yuan.
On the morning of the same day, the reporter took a boat from the west gate of Lanjiang
to experience the upgraded and renovated Lanjiang waterway, understand the construction
of the Nubu Water Service Area. On both sides of Lanjiang Bridge, Railway Bridge and Huangpen
Bridge, anti-collision piers have been built on the upstream and downstream of the main channel pier.
The red and white warning signs and warning lights are very conspicuous. The navigation marks,
shore signs and signs on both sides of the waterway were fully equipped. In Zhenghuatang Village,
Lanzhou Nubu Street, a water service area and management station that can provide one-stop
services such as ship visa, berthing rest, refueling (water, electricity) replenishment, garbage and
sewage recycling for passing ships. The terminal has been basically completed, and navigation aid
safety facilities and information-related supporting facilities are under construction. At the same time,
the dredging of the navigation waterway has also been completed; it was used silt curtains and dredger
for reaching the fourth-class navigation waterway capacity.
