On May 17, the local Naxi Naxi Maritime conducted dangerous chemicals ship 

oil spill and fire emergency rescue drill. At 16:00, the emergency call was alarmed, 

it meant the drill was begun. During the process of unloading oil, the “Hongsheng 805”

oil tanker of Sinopec Zhangzhou Oil Depot Oil Terminal had an oil spill accident. After

received the alarm, Naxi Maritime immediately started the oil spill emergency plan, and

the emergency forces quickly rushed to the scene for disposing by deploying the oil booms,

spraying the oil absorbent mats and oil dispersant to intercept and remove the leaked diesel

oil to prevent the oil from spreading. Then, the "Hongsheng 805" dangerous oil tanker 

suddenly burst out of smoke, and then an open fire emerged. The driller immediately set 

up the isolation belt, blocked it with fire water mist, and cooled the fire hull. The fire was 

quickly extinguished. The drill was achieved a complete success.
